• Permanent full-time 39 hour position based in the H&M Fort Kinnaird, Edinburgh
• Lead and support your store team to deliver an inclusive, collaborative culture
• Ensure excellent operational and visual standards and strong customer experience
• Analyse sales performance, identify opportunities, set goals, and optimize results
