📋 Description

• Support omni customer experience and visual/merchandising per guidelines.
• Represent H&M brand positively during customer interactions.
• Identify department opportunities and work with Department Manager.
• Ensure customer service across store and promote products to customers.
• Promote Hello Member loyalty app and in-store sustainability initiatives.
• Maintain fitting room, checkout routines and admin routines for people/ops.
