📋 Description

• Support sales and profit goals by delivering the best customer experience in the department and
• Lead day-to-day operations following H&M standards, policies, and legal requirements.
• Ensure omni customer experience with visual and commercial presentation per global guidelines.
• Promote Customer Loyalty App (Hello Member) and sustainability initiatives in-store.
• Oversee fitting room, checkout, returns and exchanges, and admin routines for people &
• Open/close store daily and maintain store standards on the floor and in back of house.
