• Support sales and profit goals by delivering the Best Customer Experience in the department and
• Execute plans to meet customer and colleague expectations in line with H&M standards and
• Maintain omni-channel customer experience with visual and commercial presentation per global
• Promote and sell products, including in-store sustainability initiatives and Hello Member loyalty.
• Oversee fitting room and checkout routines, transactions, returns, and exchanges.
• Open and close the store daily and manage admin routines for people and operations.
