• Support Sales and Profit goals in the store by delivering the Best Customer Experience in the
• Follow H&M standards, policies, and procedures while meeting customer and colleague
• Lead day-to-day responsibilities to maintain store operations and performance.
• Ensure omni customer experience with visual and commercial presentation per global guidelines.
• Promote and sell products, including loyalty app Hello Member and in-store sustainability
• Oversee fitting room and checkout routines, transactions, returns, and exchanges; handle admin
