• Support Sales and Profit goals in the store by delivering the Best Customer Experience in the
• Ensure compliance with legal requirements and H&M standards, policies, and procedures.
• Maintain omni customer experience with visual and commercial curation per global guidelines.
• Promote and sell products, and support customer loyalty initiatives (Hello Member) and in-store
• Oversee fitting room and checkout operations, including transactions, returns, and exchanges.
• Handle admin routines for people and operations following internal tools and routines.
