🎯 Requirements

3+ years in software/customer engineering roles
Strong Python and JavaScript skills
Designing agent-based or LLM-powered apps
Comfortable with customers during POCs and architecture reviews
Explain technical tradeoffs clearly and build trust with developers
Bias toward action and ownership of outcomes
