📋 Description

• Advising: agent architecture design and production guidance.
• Building: co-build across the full Agent Development Lifecycle.
• Embedding: deploy inside customer teams to ship agent systems.
• Agent Engineering: ADLC design, orchestration, evals, UIs, deployment.
• Applied AI: post-training, fine-tuning, trace mining, evaluation methods.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years software engineering with Python deep expertise. TS/JS a plus.
• 2+ years building shipping production agent systems.
• Strong client-facing comms for architectural decisions.
• Experience with LangChain/LangGraph/Deep Agents & multi-agent patterns.
• Familiar with evaluation methods for non-deterministic AI systems.
• Comfortable from advisory to embedded delivery.
