📋 Description

• Advising: Agent architecture design and best-practice production guidance.
• Building: Co-build with customer teams across the Agent Development Lifecycle.
• Embedding: Serve as a deployed engineer inside the customer team to ship agent systems.
• Agent Engineering: Architecture design, orchestration, evals, UIs, and production deployment.
• Applied AI: Post-training, fine-tuning, trace mining, model selection and evaluation methodology.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of software engineering with strong Python; TypeScript/JavaScript a plus.
• 2+ years building and shipping production agent systems.
• Strong client-facing communication for architectural decisions.
• Experience with LangChain/LangGraph/Deep Agents or similar frameworks.
• Designing evaluation methodologies for non-deterministic AI systems.
• Comfort across advisory to embedded delivery.
