Deployed Engineer (Salt Lake City)

📋 Description

• Co-architect and build production AI agents with customer teams
• Own the technical win in pre-sales with POCs and evaluations
• Help customers deploy and operate agent-based apps (conversational, research)
• Advise customers post-sale on architecture and best practices
• Run technical demos, trainings, and workshops for developers
• This role requires up to 40% travel to customer sites

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in a relevant technical role (startup/scale-up)
• Strong Python, JavaScript and systems fundamentals
• Designed agent-based or LLM-powered apps beyond simple API calls
• Comfortable with customers during POCs, architecture reviews
• Explain technical tradeoffs clearly to developers
• Take responsibility for outcomes, not just recommendations
