Deployed Product Manager, Health Systems

📋 Description

• Own product and revenue outcomes for a portfolio of Americas health system accounts
• Go on-site with customers, observe workflows, and produce specs for capabilities Heidi can build
• Make build-vs-configure trade-offs for every engagement
• Own sprint delivery for accounts; unblock engineers and balance speed with reusability
• Build extensible product so one account ships as a configurable module for the next
• Collaborate with commercial and engineering teams; manage customer expectations

🎯 Requirements

• BA/BS in technical/analytical field
• 4+ years in product roles; shipped impact matters more than years
• Interest in software design that improves user experience
• Experience building with AI tools (e.g., Cursor, Claude Code)
• Fluency with LLM concepts (prompting, fine-tuning, embeddings, retrieval, evaluation)
• Preference for building over requesting; strong opinions, weakly held
