📋 Description

• Meet with strategic customers to understand AI goals and pain points.
• Own flagship deals end-to-end from use case to close.
• Embed yourself with strategic customers, onsite, owning delivery outcomes.
• Identify high-impact use cases with customers; collaborate with FDS Engineers.
• Guide customers on deploying ElevenAgents, including design, orchestration, and readiness.
• Scope applications across industries and expand globally.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of technical enterprise customer experience.
• Experience in product development, delivery, and change management.
• Commercial instinct for deal conversations and enterprise sales cycles.
• Basic proficiency in Python and API integration.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Proven track record delivering results on complex projects.
