📋 Description

• Meet strategic customers to define AI transformation goals and pain points
• Own flagship deals end-to-end: identify use case, structure terms, close
• Work onsite with strategic customers to own delivery outcomes
• Identify high-impact use cases with customer problems; collaborate with engineers
• Guide customers on deploying ElevenAgents; design, orchestration, readiness
• Scope new industries and expand AI solutions globally

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of technical-customer experience; direct enterprise experience preferred
• Experience in product development, delivery, and change management
• Commercial instinct: comfortable with deal conversations and structuring value propositions
• Basic Python and API integration proficiency to prototype and demo
• Excellent communication and problem-solving; simplify complex concepts
• Adaptability to work across diverse environments, industries, use cases
