📋 Description

• Meet strategic customers to understand AI transformation goals and pain points.
• Own flagship deals end-to-end: identify use case, pricing, and terms.
• Embed with strategic customers; own delivery outcomes on site.
• Identify high-impact use cases and collaborate with engineers to implement.
• Guide customers on deploying ElevenAgents to maximize adoption and impact.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of technical customer experience (enterprise preferred).
• Experience in product development, delivery, and change management.
• Commercial instinct for deal discussions and enterprise sales cycles.
• Python proficiency and API integration basics.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Track record delivering complex, ambiguous projects.
• Adaptability across industries and customer environments.
• Familiarity with LLMs, tooling and AI agent frameworks.
• Ability to map enterprise workflows to AI systems.
