📋 Description

• Meet strategic customers to understand AI goals and pain points.
• Own flagship deals end-to-end from use case to close.
• Embed within strategic customers; own delivery outcomes.
• Identify high-impact use cases with customer problems; collaborate with FDSEs.
• Guide customers on deploying ElevenAgents: design, orchestration, production readiness.
• Scope applications in new industries and expand AI solutions globally.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience working with customers in a technical capacity.
• Experience in product development, delivery, and change management.
• Commercial instinct; comfortable with deal conversations and enterprise cycles.
• Basic proficiency in Python and API integration; prototype and demo credibly.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving; simplify complex concepts.
• A proven track record delivering results on complex, ambiguous projects.
