📋 Description

• Meet with strategic customers to understand AI transformation goals.
• Own flagship deals end-to-end: identify use cases, structure terms, drive to close.
• Embed with strategic customers, onsite delivery, own outcomes.
• Identify high-impact use cases with PD/FDSE teams to bring to life.
• Guide customers on deploying ElevenAgents for adoption and impact.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience with customers in a technical capacity.
• Experience in product development, delivery, and change management.
• Commercial instinct for deal conversations and enterprise sales cycles.
• Basic proficiency in Python and familiarity with API integration.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ownership of complex, ambiguous projects and delivery results.
