Deployment Strategist, Future Platforms (Accounting) | Housing

📋 Description

• Own accounting deployment end-to-end across multiple deployments
• Drive accounting portion from late-stage handoff to post-launch
• Ensure accuracy and readiness of accounting workflows
• Lead discovery, scoping, and decisioning with senior stakeholders
• Configure systems and data inputs for clean transitions
• Build scalable playbooks and collaborate with Product/Engineering

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5 years in management consulting, corporate strategy, product, or founder/operator roles
• Background in accounting/finance in high-growth tech environments
• Experience managing complex, client-facing implementations
• Strong understanding of accounting fundamentals (GL, reconciliations, close)
• Own data/configuration work and multi-deployment management
• Excellent communicator with senior finance stakeholders
