📋 Description

• Meet strategic customers to understand AI transformation goals.
• Own flagship deals end-to-end: identify use cases, terms, pricing.
• Work onsite with strategic customers and own delivery outcomes.
• Identify high-impact use cases with customer problems and workflows.
• Guide customers on best practices for deploying ElevenAgents.
• Scope new industries and expand AI solutions globally.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience working with customers in a technical capacity.
• Experience in product development, delivery, and change management.
• Commercial instinct and experience navigating enterprise sales cycles.
• Basic proficiency in Python and familiarity with API integration.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills; ability to simplify complex concepts.
• Technical aptitude with LLMs and AI agent frameworks.
