📋 Description

• Meet with strategic customers to understand AI transformation goals and pain points.
• Own flagship deals end-to-end from use case to pricing and closing.
• Embed yourself with strategic customers, spend time onsite, own delivery outcomes.
• Identify high-impact use cases and collaborate with Forward Deployed Engineers.
• Guide customers on deploying ElevenAgents, including design and production readiness.
• Scope applications across industries and expand our AI solutions globally.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience working with customers in a technical capacity.
• Experience in product development, delivery, and change management.
• Commercial instinct and comfort with deal conversations and enterprise sales cycles.
• Basic proficiency in Python and familiarity with API integration.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Adaptability to work across different customer environments and use cases.
