📋 Description

• Meet strategic customers to understand AI goals and pain points
• Own flagship deals end-to-end: use case, terms, close
• Partner with strategic customers; onsite delivery and outcomes
• Identify high-impact use cases and collaborate with FE engineers
• Guide deployments: design, orchestration, production readiness
• Scope new industries and expand AI solutions globally

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience working with customers in a technical capacity; direct enterprise experience preferred
• Experience in product development, delivery, and change management
• Commercial instinct: comfortable engaging in deal conversations and enterprise sales cycles
• Basic proficiency in Python and familiarity with API integration to prototype, demo
• Excellent communication and problem-solving; ability to simplify complex concepts
• Ability to map enterprise use cases and workflows to AI systems
