📋 Description

• Meet strategic customers to understand AI transformation goals and pain points.
• Own flagship deals end-to-end: identify use cases, terms, pricing, and close.
• Be embedded with strategic customers as a trusted partner onsite, delivering outcomes.
• Identify high-impact use cases; collaborate with Forward Deployed Engineers to implement.
• Guide customers on deploying ElevenAgents: design, orchestration, production readiness.
• Expand AI solutions across industries and present results to technical/executive teams.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience working with customers in a technical capacity.
• Experience in product development, delivery, and change management.
• Commercial instinct for deal conversations and enterprise sales cycles.
• Basic proficiency in Python and API integration basics.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Proven track record delivering complex, ambiguous projects.
