• Cross-reference transcript content with case files, medical records, and prior discovery.
• Update case files promptly with new facts or developments.
• Discuss transcript findings and next steps with clients after deposition.
• Explain impact on case strategy clearly and accessibly.
• Maintain a high-volume review queue and accurate timekeeping.

🎯 Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Active California State Bar in good standing.
• Strong knowledge of California workers' compensation law and deposition procedures.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to explain legal info in plain terms.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail; capable of managing many files.
• Accurate and timely billing/time-entry habits.
