📋 Description

• Lead litigation, regulatory, compliance, and employment matters.
• Advise exec leadership and business teams on risk and policy.
• Oversee outside counsel, investigations, and government inquiries.
• Develop and monitor legal/compliance policies, controls, and training.
• Support cloud, AI infra, and video platform business lines.

🎯 Requirements

• Juris Doctor; active membership in at least one US state bar.
• 15+ years of legal experience in litigation, compliance, and strategic counseling.
• Experience managing complex disputes and regulatory responses.
• Strong governance, internal controls, and enterprise risk knowledge.
• Excellent written/verbal communication; ability to influence stakeholders.
• Experience supervising investigations and sensitive matters.
