📋 Description

• Lead and scale Cadence's legal function across commercial contracting, healthcare regulatory, labor
• Manage a team of attorneys, coach, set priorities, and participate in compensation reviews.
• Oversee legal team meetings, milestones, risks, dependencies, and ownership for clarity and

🎯 Requirements

• JD from an accredited law school and active bar in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
• 10+ years in legal roles, including in-house leadership in regulated healthcare/tech/care delivery
• Strong experience in commercial contracting, healthcare regulatory matters, and legal operations.
• Knowledge of federal/state healthcare regulations (Anti-Kickback Statute, Stark Law, CMP
• Proven ability to manage and develop attorneys, with prioritization, feedback, and performance
• Sound judgment on legal/business risk and experience managing outside counsel and budgets.
