📋 Description

• Own and grow relationships with top VIP derivatives traders on Coinbase.
• Source and convert new high-value traders from competitor venues.
• Monitor market structure, client flows, and competitor offerings.
• Maintain pipeline and forecast; report KPIs; document client interactions in CRM.
• Reactivate dormant traders using data-driven incentives.
• Build AI-powered workflows to scale coverage.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years in sales or business development in financial services, trading, or crypto.
• Fluency with derivatives products (futures, options, perps).
• Data-driven with dashboards, CRMs, and analytics experience.
• Background in business, finance, economics, or related field.
• Pre-existing network of institutional derivatives traders preferred.
• Responsible use of generative AI with human oversight.

🎁 Benefits

• Annual base salary £90,450 – £100,500 GBP (base, excluding bonus).
