📋 Description

• We are seeking an experienced Derivatives Trader to join our trading desk.
• Identify and execute opportunities across perpetual futures, options, and derivatives.
• Manage portfolio risk and optimize execution in a fast-paced env.
• Develop post-trade analytics and dashboards for decision-making.
• Diagnose and resolve trading infra issues in real time.
• Collaborate across trading, risk, and technology teams.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's in a quantitative field (Math, Stats, Eng, CS, etc.).
• 5–10 years profitable trading experience on a leading desk.
• Experience building, managing, scaling derivative strategies.
• Strong knowledge of derivatives pricing, hedging, risk management.
• Advanced quantitative/analytical skills; Python proficiency; Excel; other languages a plus.
• Interest in crypto and traditional asset classes; strong communication and teamwork.
