📋 Description

• Act as a senior technical reference for backend development, platform stability, and technical
• Serve as final technical escalation level (N3) for complex incidents involving SaaS apps
• Investigate, diagnose, and resolve complex production issues to reduce MTTR and improve
• Maintain and evolve high-throughput, low-latency messaging systems focusing on resilience and
• Identify technical debt and lead refactoring and modernization while maintaining business
• Automate repetitive operational tasks and reduce toil through tooling and process improvements.

🎯 Requirements

• Solid experience supporting, maintaining, and evolving SaaS products in production.
• Strong expertise in Node.js, including Event Loop, memory management, debugging, and performance
• Extensive experience with NestJS; also experience with Express and Koa.
• Advanced TypeScript knowledge, strong typing, and maintainable code design.
• Experience designing and supporting event-driven architectures using Apache Kafka and AWS SQS.
• Strong MongoDB experience for data modeling and query optimization.
