📋 Description

• Lead technically complex initiatives across the full software development lifecycle, from
• Serve as a technical reference for the team and other squads, ensuring high standards for code
• Design and evolve backend architectures, assessing technical trade-offs, operational risks
• Establish and promote engineering best practices, including TDD/BDD, clean code, DDD, structured
• Take an active role in production support and system reliability, using observability, root-cause
• Collaborate with product, data, platform, and architecture stakeholders to translate business needs

🎯 Requirements

• Advanced, proven experience developing backend solutions with Kotlin or Java, preferably using
• Strong expertise in microservices and BFF architectures, including API versioning, integration
• Solid experience with automated testing at multiple levels, including unit, integration, and
• Advanced knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases such as PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and Cassandra
• Hands-on experience with messaging and streaming technologies such as Kafka, SQS, and SNS in
• Strong understanding of observability practices, including metrics, structured logging, distributed
