• Perform corrective and evolutionary maintenance across ERP system modules, ensuring stability
• Develop new functionalities based on functional and technical requirements, translating business
• Analyze and resolve bugs, investigating root causes and implementing solutions focused on
• Read, understand, and work effectively with existing and legacy Delphi codebases.
• Collaborate with business analysts, QA professionals, and other developers to understand
• Participate in technical discussions, sprint planning, and development activities within an agile

🎯 Requirements

• Solid professional experience with Delphi 10.x or higher, including development and maintenance of
• Practical knowledge of Firebird and/or PostgreSQL databases.
• Experience with object-oriented programming, coding best practices, and source-code versioning with
• Familiarity with visual components, forms, and business routines within ERP systems.
• Strong analytical ability to understand, troubleshoot, and evolve legacy code.
• Good communication, collaboration, ownership, and proactive problem-solving skills.
