📋 Description

• Lead Product Design across Spending, Savings, and Investing experiences.
• Set a high bar for visual craft, work quality, and design vision across a connected portfolio.
• Coach and develop a team of product designers to maximize impact.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Research, Content Design, Data, and Brand to realize the design
• Create a cohesive, intuitive member experience across features and journeys.
• Use research, customer insights, data, and experimentation to guide design decisions.
