Design Engineer (Brand Team)

📋 Description

• Own the Baseten marketing site design and frontend implementation
• Ship landing pages, product pages, launches, campaigns from concept to production
• Continuously improve the site, find opportunities beyond redesign cycles
• Partner with growth and product marketing to test messaging and layouts
• Build polished interactions and design-system-driven components
• Turn complex technical products into clear web experiences

🎯 Requirements

• Fluency in React, Next.js, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript or TypeScript
• Move from Figma into production-ready code
• Strong typography, layout, motion, and responsive design
• Systems thinking with reusable components
• Comfort with experimentation and data-driven improvements
• Interest in technical products and clear communication
