📋 Description

• Lead the overarching user experience strategy and architectural framework for global navigation
• Oversee connective digital interfaces that enable seamless navigation across brands, platforms, and
• Manage a dedicated team of ~3 product designers and drive scalable navigation patterns
• Partner with cross-functional leadership to ensure governance and consistency in user experiences.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, Visual Communications, or related field; or equivalent practical
• 7+ years of progressive product design experience with at least 2+ years in people management or
• Experience solving complex cross-cutting design system problems in large, matrixed enterprises.
• Strong portfolio showing systems-level UX architecture and governance across multi-product
• Proven ability to manage complex stakeholders and influence without direct authority.
• Hands-on proficiency with modern enterprise design tools (e.g., Figma).
