Design Senior Manager

📋 Description

• Own design end-to-end across channels: website, email/SMS, lifecycle marketing, and events
• Raise the bar for practices by shaping integrated marketing plans with design principles
• Build templates to deliver consistent, high-quality output with repeatable processes
• Streamline design workflows and document SLAs by client, asset, and ask
• Scale output through AI-assisted workflows and tooling
• Remain comfortable with ambiguity and define the system rather than wait for one

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of design experience including brand end-to-end ownership
• Portfolio across website, email/SMS, and events
• Experience in luxury/beauty/hospitality/wellness with a strong point of view
• Marketing instincts; ability to shape channel tactics and write light copy
• Proven ability to build functions or teams; hands-on design responsibility
• Comfort with ambiguity and AI design tools usage
