📋 Description

• Manage, evolve, and promote the Design System across teams.
• Collaborate with developers, UX/UI designers, and PMs for coherence.
• Develop reusable components and design guidelines.
• Train team on Design System best practices and adoption.
• Deliver key elements: components, tokens, patterns aligned to roadmap.
• Document changes and promote adoption across the company.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong UI/UX Design with 3+ years in Design Systems
• Experience creating/managing complex Design Systems
• Figma mastery (Auto-layout, Variables, Libraries)
• Knowledge of Design Tokens, HTML/CSS, React
• Accessibility (WCAG) prerequisites
• Ability to document decisions and collaborate with devs/PMs
