🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in a technical field.
• 2–4 years in customer-facing tech support or SRE.
• Cloud-native: Kubernetes, OpenShift, VMware Tanzu.
• Cloud infra: AWS, Azure, IBM Cloud.
• Strong debugging, triage and problem solving.
• Clear written and spoken English; agile, on-call ready.
