🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 3 years in a professional enterprise technical support role.
• Deep troubleshooting skills across multi-platform environments: Linux, Windows, VMware, SAN.
• Strong networking knowledge: Fibre Channel, Ethernet, IP, and iSCSI; understanding of servers
• Excellent communication to translate technical issues for executive stakeholders; ability to manage
• Willingness to work on-site in Lehi, UT, with flexibility for weekend/holiday/on-call rotations.
