📋 Description

• Serve as primary technical point of contact for designated accounts.
• Provide proactive monitoring to prevent production issues.
• Lead complex incidents with end-to-end root cause analysis.
• Guide deployment lifecycle from onboarding to production scaling.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 4 years of customer-facing technical support.
• Expertise in Kubernetes deployment, management, and security.
• Experience with Tanzu, OpenShift, EKS, RKE, GKE.
• Kubernetes and storage mastery on Linux environments.
• Hybrid cloud fluency across AWS, Azure, GCP and vSphere.
