📋 Description

• Independently and in collaboration with others contribute conceptual design and provide full
• Incorporate business and communication objectives in strategic design solutions.
• Participate in client meetings, and effectively present selective design ideas as directed to
• Prepare client presentation materials, particularly our 2D and 3D design visualizations, to convey
• Design projects to meet internal and external project requirements, including budget and other
• Work with interior designers and typology experts on holistic design from exterior to interior.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor or Master degree in Architecture or related field required; accredited program preferred.
• Minimum 6 years of related professional experience.
• Architectural Registration in the United States preferred; LEED accreditation preferred.
• Strong portfolio showcasing design and visualization work.
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and presentation skills; ability to handle multiple projects.
• Proficiency with Revit, Bluebeam, Microsoft Office, and Adobe Creative Suite; 3D software like
