📋 Description

• Develop and support original kids’ sleepwear concepts aligned with creative direction, brand
• Conduct trend, material, and technique research to inform product concepts.
• Manage design processes and calendars, meeting deadlines consistently.
• Translate ideas into CAD and hand sketches, silhouettes, and artwork.
• Prepare presentation materials with illustrations, CAD artwork, detailing, and samples.
• Support product development from concept through material selection and final execution.

🎯 Requirements

• Four-year degree in Design, Fine Art, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of relevant design experience, ideally in retail/apparel.
• Strong proficiency with InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
• Experience with CAD illustration and 2D/3D design software.
• Knowledge of textiles, garment construction, fit, materials, and production processes.
• Ability to translate concepts into commercially viable design solutions.
