📋 Description

• Design and develop menswear products (shirts, knitwear, casual/tailored bottoms, outerwear support).
• Collaborate with product development, merchandising, and production teams; review samples and
• Create technical packages with meticulous attention to detail in construction and drape.
• Support season planning with research, inspiration, and cohesive product development.
• Prepare presentations for milestone meetings when needed.

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in a similar role.
• Technical knowledge of premium menswear construction.
• Bachelor's Degree in Fashion or closely related field.
• Strong taste and understanding of casual chic; collaborative mindset.
• Entrepreneurial, solution-oriented approach; dedication to sustainable/ethical practice.
• Ability to hand sketch ideas and develop with CAD tools (AI/Procreate experience preferred).
