Design and develop women’s knit products (knits, outerwear support, and related categories)
Review samples, attend fittings, and collaborate with product development, merchandising, and
Lead from concept through fabric, fit, drape, and construction editing
Produce and refine technical packages for knit products
Contribute to seasonal knowledge and apply insights to drive business forward

🎯 Requirements

3+ years in a similar design role
Technical knowledge of knits construction
Bachelor's Degree in Fashion or closely related design field
Strong taste with casual chic aesthetic
Collaborative, entrepreneurial mindset focused on sustainable impact
