🎯 Requirements

• Proficiency in Windows (11), macOS, Linux
• Hardware troubleshooting, peripherals, docking, printers
• Networking basics: TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, VPN
• Microsoft 365, Zoom, Slack, AD user management
• Security: antivirus, encryption, MFA
• Cloud familiarity (AWS, Oracle)
