📋 Description

  • Provide in-person, phone, and remote technical support to end users, diagnosing and resolving
  • Troubleshoot desktop computers, laptops, printers, peripherals, mobile devices, and other IT
  • Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Windows and macOS operating systems and business
  • Perform routine hardware maintenance, repairs, upgrades, replacements, and equipment preparation.
  • Support basic network troubleshooting, including connectivity, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and

🎯 Requirements

  • Current enrollment in a computer-related program, a completed computer-related education, or
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
  • Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+ or Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator
  • Hands-on experience troubleshooting Windows and macOS operating systems.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office 365, Active Directory, and remote desktop/support tools.
  • Understanding of basic networking concepts, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and connectivity

🎁 Benefits
