📋 Description

  • Monitor hardware performance and diagnose system issues
  • Upgrade computers with new hardware (RAM, disks)
  • Replace worn/defective parts and clean hardware
  • Test repaired equipment before returning to user
  • Set up new configurations and deploy OS images
  • Install, configure, and upgrade software apps
  • Troubleshoot OS/software problems
  • Track, route tickets and document actions
  • Serve as escalation point; prioritize and escalate urgent issues
  • Perform health checks for encryption, patching, and backup
  • Hardware/Software environment: Lenovo ThinkPad, Mac, Windows, Office 365, VPN, SCCM, Casper

🎯 Requirements

  • Advanced technical skills in installing/troubleshooting software and hardware
  • Experience with IT service delivery, ticketing, knowledge systems
  • Extensive experience supporting Office 365
  • A+ certification or equivalent experience
  • Preferred certifications: Dell, HP, Apple
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Detail-oriented with quick learning/adaptation
