📋 Description

  • Troubleshoots and repairs laptops/ desktops and peripherals.
  • Diagnoses hardware, software, network, and system issues.
  • Installs and troubleshoots non-computer IT equipment in classrooms and on campus.
  • Configures domains, user accounts, software accounts, and network access.
  • Assists faculty, staff, and students with tech difficulties.
  • Maintains desktop deployment systems to image endpoints.

🎯 Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 1+ year in supporting PC hardware, software, peripherals, servers, and classroom AV tech.
  • Strong communication; ability to explain tech to non-tech users.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and/or Google Apps.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a team.
  • Customer service focus and good organizational skills.
