Detection Engineering & Automation Lead

📋 Description

• Lead and mentor the Detection Engineering & Automation team, setting priorities and driving
• Own the full detection engineering lifecycle from use-case design to retirement.
• Develop and maintain SIEM/EDR detection rules and automation playbooks.
• Collaborate with SOC, IR, Cyber Defense, and engineering teams to improve detection quality.
• Align detection logic with attacker techniques and incident response processes.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's or higher in CS, Info Security, or related field preferred.
• 5+ years in Security Ops, Detection Eng, Threat Detection, or Security Automation; 2+ years in
• Experience leading technical security teams.
• Hands-on with Sigma, YARA, SIEM rules; detection-as-code.
• SOAR playbooks and security integrations using Python or similar.
• Knowledge of MITRE ATT&CK, EDR, cloud, identity, network telemetry; IR processes; KPIs.
