Developer, Authorization

📋 Description

• Build and ship new features, product improvements, and bug fixes within the authorization team’s
• Own small-to-medium scoped development projects with minimal oversight, planning through
• Develop and maintain authorization services and APIs for secure access controls and identity
• Participate in the full software lifecycle: planning, implementation, testing, release, monitoring
• Write clean, well-tested code and improve testing, engineering practices, and documentation.
• Navigate existing code and architectural patterns, proposing improvements when appropriate.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven software development experience with Go and ability to work independently on production
• Experience with authorization, identity, access-control, or permissions systems and secure decision
• Ability to work effectively within an existing codebase, adopting existing patterns and simplifying
• Strong quality mindset with focus on testing, maintainability, reliability, security, and
• Strong communication skills to share progress, surface risks, and collaborate with stakeholders.
• Collaborative approach and openness to feedback in technical discussions.
