📋 Description

• Build and ship new features, product improvements, and bug fixes within the authorization team’s
• Own small-to-medium scoped development projects with minimal oversight, from planning to
• Develop and maintain authorization services and APIs for secure access controls, permissions, and
• Participate through the software development lifecycle: planning, implementation, testing, release
• Write clean, well-tested code; contribute to testing strategies, engineering practices, and
• Navigate existing code and patterns; propose improvements where appropriate.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven software development experience with strong proficiency in Go and producing production
• Experience with authorization, identity, access-control, or permissions systems.
• Ability to work effectively within an established codebase and improve patterns without adding
• Strong quality mindset: testing, maintainability, reliability, security, and clear docs.
• Strong communication; able to surface risks, explain concepts, and collaborate with stakeholders.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tooling and developer productivity improvements; comfortable with tooling
