Developer Community Manager

📋 Description

• Build, launch, and grow an engaged developer community
• Serve as primary community voice across platforms
• Moderate channels, enforce guidelines, manage escalations
• Drive engagement via AMAs, challenges, and events
• Develop content calendar with technical and educational content
• Identify and mentor emerging community contributors

🎯 Requirements

• At least 5 years in developer relations, advocacy, or community mgmt
• Proven ability to launch and scale communities
• Experience with Slack, Discourse, Reddit or similar tools
• A degree in CS or related field, or strong software eng/open-source background
• Familiarity with work management, automation, developer platforms
• Excellent written communication for diverse developers
