📋 Description

• Oversee developer relations in assigned region, align with global strategy.
• Mentor Developer Evangelists (Community & Integrations).
• Lead lighthouse integration cases for high-quality benchmarks.
• Collaborate with Product Management on developer feedback and adoption.
• Act as senior advocate for game developers online and offline.
• Represent Xsolla at regional/global industry events with talks/workshops.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in Developer Relations or similar, 2+ years in leadership.
• Strong game development background (mobile/PC/web), with integrations/APIs.
• Proven ability to lead distributed teams and drive engagement.
• Established presence in regional/global game dev communities.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills across audiences.
• Experience producing technical content in multiple formats.
